RCM MP5/SP5 carrier with removable sear trip

3-10-25 UPDATE: I talked with Mike at RCM this morning. I have a shipment of carriers on the way this week to cover all back orders up to 3-9-25. Orders from 3-10-25 on will be in a new back order list with a shipment coming soon to cover those new orders. Give me a week to modify all these carriers and they will start shipping. THANK YOU for the incredible patience with these! We go through A LOT of carriers and RCM is a trusted source, and they are extremely busy as well. 

I CANNOT ANSWER “How long is the back order on these?” Emails/messages. THIS statement is the answer. It takes to much time away from work and other emails. We are CONSTANTLY getting carriers in from RCM. However, we’re CONSTANTLY selling out within days. The people who have placed back orders ALWAYS get fulfilled first and in order. Yes, we do have these carriers in stock often, if you don’t see them in stock, it typically means you’ve missed them and have to wait for the next batch that’s in stock. Thats IF the back orders don’t kill our new inventory immediately. That being said, we typically get carriers in from RCM to modify every 3-6 weeks. We buy so many that even RCM can’t fulfill our orders every time, so we have to wait on RCM to manufacture more for us. This is a good thing, but we can’t keep these in stock. Back ordering is the best and fastest way to get one. I can’t give you a time frame unfortunately. Sometimes it’s 1 week, sometimes it’s 8 weeks. We’re making these as fast as we can, we appreciate the support and patience. These are shipping constantly, whether they show in stock or not. 

This is a USA made, brand new RCM drop in carrier with a removable sear trip. It allows you to run a legal posti pack, registered sear or registered trigger pack in your HK SP5, MKE ,POF and Zenith MP5 pattern type firearm, without modifying the receiver block plate. The benefit is being able to use your legal full auto trigger packs while keeping the host weapon a title 1, none NFA item. The host weapon retains its value and remains unmodified. You install the carrier as normal, move it forward past the carrier block plate and then install the sear trip. Now you have a full auto carrier within your receiver. Price includes the carrier, modification and machine work done to the carrier, tool steel sear trip piece, Torx screw and UHMW Polyethylene recoil buffer/SP5 spacer*.  ATTENTION! This carrier comes with a high impact, blue polyethylene recoil buffer/spacer that MUST be used to prevent any potential damage to the carrier trip or carrier block plate when using the A2, fixed stock AND the Magpul SL stock. IF THERES ANY DOUBT YOU NEED THE BUFFER OR NOT, JUST USE IT REGARDLESS OF STOCK USED.

Q: “Do you offer spare trip pieces?”

A: “yes and no. Yes to customers who bought the service or carrier but not separately, if the trip piece wears out. The sear trip is annealed tool steel, will last thousands of rounds and is designed to wear faster than the trip lever on purpose.”

*ATTENTION! This carrier comes with a high impact, blue polyethylene recoil buffer/spacer that MUST be used to prevent any potential damage to the carrier trip or carrier block plate when using the A2, fixed stock AND the Magpul SL stock.

WE RECOMMEND USING THE BLUE BUFFER WITH ANY FULL SIZE CARRIER AND STOCK COMBO. It simply slips over the recoil spring rod and is held in place, against the stock plate. Armament is NOT responsible or liable for any damage as a result of this carrier use.
