M240 and M249 open bolt op rod conversion service

This is an FFL/SOT, Law Enforcement Department service only! YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 15% CANCELLATION FEE IF YOU ORDER THIS SERVICE AND DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT SOT. All NFA rules apply.

This service requires a current SOT or returned Form 2. We have several options for this service that are BATF approved and legal. We cannot provide a complete service, this would make us the manufacturer, we cannot do that. We can provide a service to one of the 2 required parts for this conversion, you must complete the other and be the legitimate manufacturer. Please contact us for those options and pricing. This service facilitates converting the M240SLR or M249S closed bolt, semi auto operating system to an open bolt, full auto system. This service does not modify the semi auto op rod, rather requires an open bolt op rod. This service does not modify the host weapons receiver in any way, keeping it a title 1, none NFA or post sample weapon. The components are registered as the MG on the form 2. The SOT must be the one to file and obtain the returned form 2 and must legitimately be the manufacture of the MG part. This service if to fine tune, adjust and finish all the parts for a professional, factory look and function.
