Description
This is an adjustable gas block for the M249 SAW. It allows you to adjust the gas flow for suppressed or ammo selection issues. Can be used on long or short barrels. Uses a 1/4 hex key and a 5/8 wrench (or any item that fits between the slot) to adjust, then lock the appropriate amount of gas for that barrel set up. Holes are present for safety wires use if desired. These are modified and reconditioned, surplus gas blocks that do show some signs of use, but are in good to great condition. I’ll post new blocks when I can find them. We also offer this service to your existing M249 SAW gas block. Inner adjustment screw is stainless steel and commonly available for easy replacement parts. Built to withstand hard, sustained full auto use, we run our SAW hard with this set up. Can be used with any caliber, any barrel length and does require removal and reinstalling the gas block.
Our gas block in action, running standard .223 Tulammo. This video is not 300 Black Out like some have suggested. This is a Para SAW barrel, cut 1.5” shorter, threaded 1/2-28 with a CGS Helios suppressor. Gas adjusted using this gas block to the appropriate rate.
